And what a wonderful and amazing three years it has been, Maddie Brynn.
A couple of months ago, I started asking her what kind of birthday party she wanted to have. The answer every time was Cinderella! Not surprising considering she plays dress-up in her Cinderella dress pretty much every day, but I gave her lots of other choices too. She never wavered! So Cinderella it is. And it would be a huge understatement to say this girl is READY for her party. She talks about it all of the time. Almost every night for the last couple of months, while getting ready for bed, she starts sentences with, "Tomorrow, at my birthday/Cinderella party...". We corrected her for awhile and then just finally gave up! The concept of time is a hard thing to explain to a two year old, and patience is nonexistent.
Her actual birthday is Friday and the party is Saturday, so count on lots and lots of pics! She's not even going to believe it when she wakes up Friday and it actually IS her birthday, lol. We can't wait to celebrate this kind, loving, smart, beautiful princess.
